I have to tell all of you on how pleased we were with everything for my wedding celebration! People loved the look of EC and were raving about how good the food and cake were. Several of my guests have children who are engaged and will most definitely encourage them to "check you out !" She really assisted the whole night, and I really didn't have a care in the world. The actual site is gorgeous, and the food is exquisite. And the other is traditional in decor with crown molding and beautiful chandeliers. We were in the latter. I know about the other one because a groomsman and I crashed the other wedding at the end of the night. The other bride actually invited us over. The food... is fantastic for wedding food. We had a filet mignon - it was slightly overcooked, but I like mine pretty rare. We also had a Chilean Sea Bass in a lemon butter sauce that was amazing. The side potatoes and vegetables were delicious as well.For dessert, the tiramisu wedding cake was a little dry, but still very good. The dessert buffet was OUT OF CONTROL. There must have been at least 15 different single serve desserts. Amazing. Good size dance floor to bust a move on. The bridal suite is a bit small, but large enough to fit my gorgeous bride and six bridesmaids. It was an evening to remember! We were drawn to this hall for its looks, stayed because of its potential, and were pleasantly surprised by how smoothly the evening went. Everything was fantastic (nothing is perfect, but right up there and managed very well). The contract was no hassle, everything was spelled out - no hidden fees... the taxes, gratuity, and everything was all spelled out and Michelle got us an invoice before payment was due to keep things simple. Actually, when we came in with less people than expected, they agreed to let us have a dessert buffet instead of paying for 15 unneeded dinners and having it be wasted. I dropped off all my centerpieces, table cards/names, champagne flutes, etc the week before the wedding with a list of directions for setup. The day of the wedding, everything set up exactly the way we discussed and there were no "surprises" the day of the wedding. Michelle was our event coordinator and took us through the planning. The night of the wedding, she came to me a few times to ask/clarify the questionable things (random uncles bringing their own alcohol, DJ time change, do you want us to box the cake, etc). It kept us in control, but we knew that she was handling it so we could enjoy ourselves and she didn't track us down every three seconds with needless questions. The bartender left a little to be desired and we had to ask to turn down the heat (probably from too many people dancing!) but other than that, flawless evening from start to finish. We've gotten more compliments on the dinner than any other part of the whole wedding. Everyone loved it! It was BY FAR the best food we've had at a big group event ever (fillet minion, chicken christopher, and a twice-baked potato) The cake was beautiful and better than I'd imagined it to look. I had my wedding in the North part of the Grand Ballroom. My wedding coordinator at the banquet hall was Michelle...she is GREAT - very helpful, sincere, and knows how to please her customers!!! The food was great (even though I did not get a chance to eat everything) but everybody told me it was amazing, we had a half of chicken breast with a mushroom sauce and filet minion steak with another sauce that at this time I don't remember. They have a lot of selection of meals that you can choose from. I also had a 'cold table' that was brought out at around 11pm which consisted of sandwiches, red borscht and a whole smoked salmon -- everybody was impressed. The 'sweet table' was unbelievable, the selection and quality of the sweets and fruits was delicious!!! The guest were happy with the open bar and Sebastian was an amazing bartender...THANKS SO MUCH! The party was so awesome that we had to extend the party till 2am!!! I've gotten so many compliments on choosing that place. We used the Grand Ball Room for the ceremony and reception, and the lunch was held in the room on the side. Both these rooms were BEAUTIFULLY done and everything was perfect. Honestly...I could keep going on about how perfect it was. the right place and
work with the right people, the bride can enjoy her wedding day. I've
had people tell me that I looked like I was having the most fun and

sister had her wedding at European Crystal Banquets and we had
nothing but a good expierence with them. Its a family owned business
and they treated us like we were a part of their family. From the
decoration to their food was impecable! I couldnt of asked for more! My
sister looked amazing and felt like a princess! The staff went out of
their way to make this event memorable! All of our guests came up to us
and raved about how good their dinner was- filet mignion and chillean
sea bass! we even had a vegeterian meal come out of no where and they
chef prepared a vegeterian puff pastry for our guest.. I highly
reccomend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful hall,

attended a wedding here , the facility is magnificent the Grand
Ballroom is beautiful with gorgeous chandeliers and impressive
ceilings. The food was the best I have ever had in a banquet it was
almost like I was eating in a high end restaurant the staff was very
attending you could see at least 3 managers on the floor overlooking
the wedding when I ask for a vegetarian meal they were able to
accommodate me on a spot I thought that was impressive I had
experienced difficulties at other places with that but they had no
problem accommodating me. Overall I strongly recommend the facility for
weddings. Go check it out. By the way it is very conveniently located
